On the border of Moraira and Benitachell a few km from the beach and Moraira you will find CASA LUNA in the beautiful and quiet bungalow park "LOS ALCAZARES" in the GOLDEN VALLEY overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The bungalow park has 46 houses built in their own private domain so there is no through traffic. The bungalows are built around a beautiful communal pool with an exotic garden. Curl up with a good book under the shady palm tree while your children cool down in the unique swimming pool that is "ankle-deep" in the beginning and slowly gets deeper so that even the experienced swimmer can get his share. From CASA LUNA it is literally only a few steps to this pool but does not overlook it so you will experience all the tranquillity you are looking for in your holiday.
CASA LUNA is lovingly furnished with on the ground floor a cosy living room, a comfortable seating area with smart TV, DVD with a collection of classic films in the cupboard and a well-equipped open kitchen with electric cooker and oven. Of course, WIFI (fibre) is available throughout the house. The traditional construction guarantees a pleasant temperature without the need for noisy air conditioning. All rooms have a ceiling fan that gives you a pleasant breeze. Next to the patio, there is 1 bathroom.
From the sitting area you access the spacious terrace, with lateral sea views, which is partly covered where it is lovely to have breakfast with the sun slowly peeping over the mountain. On the open terrace you can dine after dinner or you can all go to the lower garden: a unique 100 m2 terrace with lounge, loungers and dining table. A little too hot? Then you can always cool off under the solar outdoor shower.
The central staircase in the living room leads you to the ground floor with 4 stylishly renovated cool bedrooms (3 double beds) including 1 family room (with a connecting door) with 2 single beds and a play corner, 2 bathrooms and a spacious storage room with washing machine and dryer.

Besides the 2 terraces on the ground floor, the lower garden has one of the largest terraces in the region.
More than 100 m² of terrace where you can sunbathe, eat or chat in the 7-person lounge.

Surroundings

On the border of Moraira and Benitachell you will find Casa Luna in the bungalow park Los Alcazares in the Golden Valley. Located a short distance (4 km) from the center and 3 km to the beach of El Portet/Moraira and one and a half kilometers from excellent department stores. Casa Luna is part of this private estate (no through traffic!) built around a large and child-friendly communal pool surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden.

This is a town like no other. Where many other seaside resorts in Spain have been "disfigured" by excessive construction of large apartment complexes and hotels, Moraira has chosen to preserve the original atmosphere as much as possible. The center of Moraira is situated around the fashionable marina where the fishing boats land their fresh fish daily.

The Costa Blanca (White Coast) is a popular vacation region thanks to its spectacular beaches, crystal clear water and beautiful nature and receives millions of tourists every year. The beauty of the Costa Blanca is that you are in a busy vacation area, but not necessarily in the hustle and bustle.

When it comes to beaches, Moraira has a lot going for it. For example, there are intimate coves with cliffs and clear, turquoise waters where snorkeling and swimming is a great experience. Playa del Portet (visible from our terrace, 3 km from Casa Luna) is widely considered the most picturesque beach of Moraira and you will immediately understand why when you see the soft white sand and blue water. Truly everything is there for the perfect family outing: clean facilities, a lifeguard and restaurants with terraces where you can eat well.
