This cozy villa is fully furnished and equipped. It has a cozy garden with barbecue, private pool with several seats, lounge furniture and sunbeds.

The picturesque villages of Moraira and Calpe are within five minutes drive from the villa, if that is not a top spot! In the morning you can buy a freshly baked baguette or just sit on the terrace with a good cup of coffee. Every Friday there is a market with local products in Moraira. In the area of your villa is a feast of other charming villages which are worth a visit like, Benissa, Altea and Javea. Or relax on the beach. Even golfers are here at the right address; within 10 minutes drive you will find different lanes.

Here, right between Moraira and Calpe you have a view of the azure Mediterranean Sea. And all this from your living room, the roof terrace and the terrace surrounding the pool. In short, you are surrounded by beautiful images and a lush garden with several attractive spots. There is always a place in or out of the sun.

If the children get enough of the pool then they can still enjoy the table tennis and shuffleboard or the pool table! You will do them a big favor with a day at the beach. Here are two bedrooms each with two individual beds (pushed together) fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. Via an external staircase or via the internal staircase which is fairly steep mention leads to the ground floor. There are two bedrooms one with 2 x 1 single beds (pushed together) and the other bedroom with 3 x 1 beds, fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. There is satellite TV and free use of WIFI. Parking cool under your carport.

Villa Buena Vida is about 3 km away from the beach of Moraira. Moraira has a lovely sandy beach which characterizes itself as a family beach. Adjacent to the beach is the village center where many shops and restaurants have settled.
